A guy in Toronto wanted $100 for the open copy that he was playing at the time. He said he'd sold a few already. After selling the open copy, he'd open a fresh copy for himself to continue his game. He logic seemed to be if he sold open copies, people couldn't resell them as profit, I guess.

Yeah, it uses it in the same way that GTA V does. On the edges of the screen.

You can change the size of your pupils, individually. Hope that gives you a good idea

I remember seeing a video of the hunter dodging and black smoke appeared and he teleported instead of rolled. Is it understood on how players can customize their movement like that?

Try incognito in chrome, no cookies or extensions. Though it works fine for me in chrome normal mode.
