Hmm I don't know about that. I use share play sometimes because my friends like to watch me play games they're interested in but don't have. Streaming has too much delay so they don't see things happen in real time that way. I don't see too much harm in asking someone to beat a boss to you. In a way it's kinda like summoning someone. Sometimes people you summon do all the work in my experience. I never did care for co-op.

But anyway to those that have been playing where to do you rank this game in the souls series so far? favorite to least. please don't give me the it's not a souls game crap,

That's a good point. Even if we accept that there's something inherently wrong with someone helping you against a boss... That's been happening since DeS :p

Yeah, we have a small store, but they charge 70€ and usually only break date by maybe 1-2 days if at all.

Why do you care? Let them play however they want. I never summon people on my first playthrough because I feel like summoning people for co-op removes all challenge from boss fights (unless it's some specific run, like NG+7, everyone on SL 50), but I don't go around asking them to remove the mechanic. People like summoning, let them summon.

I feel like maybe I'll finally enjoy co-op in Bloodborne because of Chalice Dungeons, everyone trying to figure out the dungeon together is probably more fun than just destroying bosses on co-op.

Sorry to repeat myself, but didn't see an answer. Is weapon degradation a thing in this game? I haven't seen any mention of it, and I'd be pretty psyched if they took it out.

It's there but it seems much closer to Dark Souls 1 rather than 2 to me. Could just as well just have been left out if that's the case.

One last thing, are lanterns for resting/respawning enemies in Yharnam itself, like bonfires, or are they like the archstones in Demon's Souls, where their purpose is purely to warp back to the Hunter's Dream?

I believe its for warping, I heard
enemy respawn only happens when you warp out and warp back in.

Is it so hard to believe that people can get annoyed if you have to stare at the same loading screen for almost a minute, every time you die, warp to area x, and warp back?

It's a minor complaint. But don't make it sound ridiculous.

I'll stop talking about load times now.

I'd be pissed if I didn't actually have shit to do this weekend. Once this game is out I can't realistically be a responsible human being.
