No cheating with NPC summons for this one! As you might imagine, she struggled a bit more with this fight, but she still did very well I think considering there was some serious bullshit of Logarius planting his sword inside the towers in the roof where she couldn't get rid of it.

I decided to go and take down L
before attempting the Fishing Village. After instantly dying to him the first time, I said fuck it and summoned Valtr for the second attempt, only to be smashed again before even taking away 25% of his health. On the third attempt, I equipped the Bone Ash set and Pizza Cutter (I had been using the Moonlight Blade up until then), summoned a human accomplice, and we wrecked his shit with our Pizza Cutters. Soon after the third phase began, the summoned guy died, but I managed to scrape out a win. It felt great!
Now I've gotten pretty far into Innsmouth (just entered the caves and opened the shortcut back to the second lamp), and it's been pretty easy so far, apart from the sharks. I'm dreading going down that well, though

One of my personal GOATs gets GOATier. I don't think anything else I've played of this caliber has this kind of depth in every aspect of the game. I've never been more excited about receiving a new item not for its potential usefulness but for learning about its purpose and connection to the rest of the game world.

As much as I love Dark Souls, Bloodborne definitely has the most fascinating backstory and symbolism of any of their games. Bloodborne's plot and its complexities are so mindboggling and mystifying and yet become even more intriguing when one gains enough insight (pun intended) about them. It naturally leads one to wonder and speculation of the purpose of things. Genius.

Eh, I thought Ebritas was a slug in Isz, since the Great one were showed as slugs or maybe the slugs are the parasites. that explains the rom corpse on her room.
I guess the "rom" kin being scholars were the sucessful experiments, it was kinda hard to say seeing the coprse not being open like a crisalid but it makes sense if the DLC aims for that, you can see the Oprhan getting some butterfly esque wings too.

Like he said above, there are some that carry dead bodies, and like I said before, some that have mad poise (you can not stun them) and they regain health when they attack you. I was really taken off guard when I ran into these versions. They are already scary enough, and the earlier ones you can keep at a distance, but these guys will just attack straight through almost anything you do.

The share feature is so great. I was farming these for a bit just to get enough gems to fit a couple weapons, and I realized I had it down to a science after a few rounds and it was simple to just grab footage of a successful run, and join it with footage at the rune altar and upload it.
There's no way I would have bought a dedicated streaming product but this was so fun to make that I'm thinking about getting a mic and live streaming my first run through when Dark Souls 3 comes out.
