Bomba or not, a month to go from theaters to digital seems like it’s becoming pretty standard. Twisters released on July 10th internationally and July 19th in the US and has done very well at the box office. It was put up on pay-per-view digital streaming back on August 13.

Another example, Despicable Me 4. Theatrical release July 3, $800b in box office so far; Digital released on August 4.

Awful numbers. Week 2 and $$$/domestic theatre already tanked to $752 which is as bad as it gets.

The movie has so far made $21M in total gate receipts globally.

Probably top out around $30M and it'll be done.
