How much microtransactions does it have?

Apparently none (this is in all likelihood a soft launch for feedback)...it is a requirement on iOS and Android to list all of your iap's on the store page. This doesn't even have the "In app purchases" text under the Get/Install button on the app store.

Downloading it now to see how they are getting 'dat cheddar!

That's a dumbed down and stripped down BL3.
Also, a borderlands game without the player characters personality coming across with the dialogue and quips feels oddly autistic. Like the Big Bang Theory video where they removed the laugh track.
