I am going to further my prediction by saying that Hank will discover Walt is involved by viewing the footage of him in the lab on Gus's laptop

Not even close. Five more left

YES. i was worried it was gonna be next week or something.

I mean, almost any one of the episodes this season could be a "end of season" cliffhanger. :)
maybe i'm exaggerating...

i think the next major complication will be Walt Jr. asking mommy about all the vacuum sealed clothes and suddenly figuring out something is wrong with his parents.

This poster pulses with an appeal so broad the typical restraints of our societies fall by the wayside.

yes! hopefully it doesn't disappear. I wanna re-watch the series after this season is over.
My girlfriend keeps bugging me to watch S1 again. We haven't seen the first three seasons since they initially aired, so it has been a while, but I really want to wait until the series is over to go back and do a full re-watch. I think it'll be fascinating to watch the characters evolve/devolve over the course of the show — I almost don't want to taint that by watching the earlier seasons now.

Yea, this is another thing about the BB writer's open ended-ness (like Gus' gayness), they can pretty much drop in anywhere and said "Hank knew since X moment" and we'd reasonably believe it.
I don't believe Hank knows yet. I wouldn't buy it if they tried to sell me he's known for the last few eps.

i'm worried it'll make the newer episodes worse somehow. I don't think anything can really top the intensity of the first season, when it's all fresh and developing.

The first season kind of sucks, to be honest.

The characters just weren't as developed, you don't have as much as Walts fun egomania/OCD. Jesse wasn't smart or very likable at all. And the visual style of the series wasn't really set yet. S2 and S3 look much better

yeah, we totally disagree. :) For me, every scene with Walt was intense, as he's figuring out how the whole drug trade works and battling cancer. His coughing and sickness made for some great moments. Nobody has any idea what's going on and he just look guilty the whole time...it's wonderful. The RV was a ton of fun...none of that classy Gus money to buy a fancy lab-- the RV was so trashy, it was perfect.

Jesse was like a real, white suburban drug dealer (i've dealt with lots of them, they really are that dumb, if not much worse), not one manicured for a TV show. I still like him now, but he's actually learning from life and feeling emotions, which is unusual for a real, white suburban drug dealer lol

I felt like there was a huge curtain up, hiding the whole drug world as we know it now in seasons 3 and 4. But before they could find out about, they had to go through all the crazy shit that happens at the mid-level drug trade (with go-betweens like Tuco) when guys are fighting for turf.

So, there was a very, very gritty atmosphere to the first season that we'll never get back to (and that is pretty much never done that well in TV.)

Yeah season 1 is still my favourite. The episode where Walt kills crazy 8 is yet to be topped imo

Which one is that? Can't remember much from season one apart some scenes from the first three episodes.

I'm assuming it's one of the guys they captured, didn't know what to do with, then dissolved in chemicals.

that's another thing season 1 has--dissolving dudes in chemicals

It was the one Walt choked with the bike lock he was talking about. One of the best scenes of S1 along with the intervention scene and all of episodes 6 and 7

yeah that entire ep of crazy 8 and walt talking, walt thinking they were bonding, only to find the piece of the plate missing: excellent. Don't know how people forget that, big changing moment for walt.

As bad as Skyler was in S3, she's no Claudette in Seasons 2 and 3 of The Shield. I don't remember anyone on television ever driving me into a rage as much as CCH fucking Pounder.

I was considering bailing on the show until I saw that one scene.
What a tragedy that would have been

And then the LORD David Bowie saith to his Son, Jonny Depp: 'Go, and spread my image amongst the cosmos. For every living thing is in anguish and only the LIGHT shall give them reprieve.'
I watched Beverly Hills Cop again yesterday, and remembered how creepy and compelling the guy who plays Mike was as the henchman who barely has any lines. His looks alone are just brilliant. Was so happy when I saw him show up on BB.
