As a white dude, I enjoy the delicious flavour of a juicy, rare hunk of meat. The more it's cooked, the less I enjoy eating it.

lol. I've noticed that too. I had to do some hard selling to convince a coworker to even try medium rare meat. But it's not so much a black thing. I've notice Hispanic populations as well are apprehensive about trying medium rare and above meat.

Pseudo-scientific answer: we used to get the leftover parts that had to be THOROUGHLY cooked so the elders tend to still cook that way. However these days, the steak arts have been studied by the community.

linear algebra can be very easy or very tough depending on how its taught

if computation, then easy peezy lemon squeezy

e.g. matrix multiplicative, diagonalization, finding inverse, row reduce echelon, splines

but when you do th abstract algebra, that's when its real tough

things like dimensions, vector spaces, ranks

but its very important field in math and comes up in a lot of places!
