I saw one Bond film with Sean that had a fight scene that was ridiculous. All it consisted of was Sean ducking and moving side to side, while occasionally shooting the gun awkwardly.

Then at the end of it, this guy tells him, "you fought well." I just couldn't help but start laughing. I'll have to watch some more of his movies. Saw Dr. No, the one I just mentioned, Goldfinger, and two or three others I can't remember the names to. Saw one Roger Moore flick, and no Dalton Bond flicks (though I'd like to).

Go back and watch the first star wars light saber battle between Darth Vader and Obiwan. It's not Sean's fault that the "action" in action movies used to be terrible across the board.

I still can't take Eric Bana seriously as an actor, having been exposed to his (admittedly good) sketch comedy throughout the 90's. Throughout The Hulk, I couldn't stop thinking "OI! That's Poida!"

Of course, outside of the Australians on the board, nobody will understand what I am talking about.

Full Frontal was the best sketch comedy show EVER. It's amazing how bad North American sketch comedy is in comparison to Full Frontal.

On topic, I'd be up for a new Bond actor, Brosnan does it well but he's getting old.

The bourne movies great but are different from bond.

I agree...Bond's been nothing but camp ever since Roger Moore entered the picture, and even Connery's flicks weren't ultra serious like the Bourne flicks are. It's really apples and oranges. Then again I identify Roger Moore as being the definitive Bond, since the first few Bond movies I saw were with him.

As for Bronson, if you knew Catherine Zeta-Jones might be the lady Bond gets to bone in the upcoming movie, you'd wanna revisit the role one more time too.

Brosnan himself has seemed to have moved on from the part though expressed interest in coming back if the film was less "Die Another Day" action spectacle and more of a gritty intelligent thriller.
Wow, Brosnan gets a crapload of respect from me. Good on him.

And my favourite movie is The Man With The Golden Gun. Does everyone else hate it? Bah.

He is friging amazing in Chopper though. Dunno whats wrong in his American movies though.. maybe trying to remember his lines in an American accent is taxing on his skills. Dont know why he had an American accent in Troy though... would have been alot more entertaining if he played his role as Poida.
