Yeah, a similar sized meal (double whopper and double quarter pounder) with fries and a drink is like $3 more at Burger King. I love em but it's a little out of control.

I use the BK app. I'm allowed 2 "offers" every visit. I can get a Whopper meal for $5.00 every day (it's on there today). Often standalone Whopper sandwiches are $3 and occasionally $1. I can get a large onion ring or fry for $1 every day. I see a double whopper on there today for $3.

McDonald's in the US is absolute garbage (except for the fries) though, so I wouldn't mind paying double for pretty much any other fast food burger be it BK, Wendy's, Jack in the Box, Carl's Jr, Sonic, In N Out, you name it.
