Everything is in great condition. The only problem is the same problem most 3DS have.
It seems there is a little wear were the top screen has touched the bottom screen. There are also very minor scratched on the screen. Nothing to noticable though. I can try to take more pictures if needed.

Used (was a Blockbuster rental) but is in good working shape. As can be expected it has some scratches but nothing that affects the game (and not as severe as most rentals). I was actually working at the store and bought it well before it would have been put on sale in a "used" bin or whatever. The sticker on the disc cannot be removed; doing so might ruin the disc permanently.

All things considered I'm asking $120 Canadian. Will ship to the U.S. (shipping will be around $20 for 7 day delivery with $100 insurance and tracking number).

You can use rubbing alcohol and a wash cloth to take off the "Blockbuster" part. Then it's just the clear label over the top. You could still see there's a sticker on it, but without that ugly logo.
