I'm very familiar with VGPC and it's useful; I realize that I'm undercut on the game by $10 from an Amazon seller but I'd be wary of the sole cheaper listing there since it's from a new seller with a stock non-specific description. Outside of that outlier, Amazon and ebay are both $230 and up. Unsealed copies are significantly lower, but I'm on the low end of the price range for sealed copies.

I see that a debate over the game's value ensued after your post. $120 would have been an unusually low price for a sealed copy to sell for and I see that it was a reseal with disc damage.

I don't want to be seen as a gouger or anything so as a sign of good faith I'll drop the price to $180 shipped since that's around what I'd get on ebay after fees if I asked $200 for it there. I suppose the reason that I can't undercut the current market rate too much is that I'm actually not that keen to let go of it since it's such a neat thing but I've really been wanting a copy of Suikoden II for a long time and since I already have a second, unsealed copy of Unlimited Adventure, it wouldn't kill me to let go of this if I got something of equal rarity in return (if that makes sense). I'm not really a sealed collector (I bought the game when it came out, never played it, and was shocked when I saw its price) and GAF was the only place off-ebay that I could think of that had the possibility of there being collectors hardcore enough to want such an expensive niche thing.

I apologize if I've disrupted the thread; I just wanted the opportunity to explain myself.

Okay. This thing is still a MAJOR work in progress. I'm still going to be tackling inventory of the DS, Gamecube, XBox, Gameboy, GBA, PSP, Genesis, NES, Playstation, and boxed PC games this weekend. Here is my googledoc of my games.

Not all of them are for sale. Some of this is just me keeping an inventory. But, let's be honest, I will entertain offers on damn near anything.

Nothing has a price right now. I've got a lot going on right now. I honestly don't have the time. I'd like to get an estimated price on everything eventually, but it ain't gonna happen for now. Want a good idea of what kind of valuation I'll be putting on things? Search for the game on Amazon or on Ebay and look at recently sold auctions. That'll give you a good idea.

I will provide pictures of items upon request.

I'm in the middle of a rough time at work, looking for a new place to live, and panicked packing of my whole life for an impending move. Please be patient with me.

3. No need to whine

Everyone involved is just either looking to buy, sell, or trade something. If someone wants a certain amount of money for something, whether it is worth that amount of money will be determined by the people willing to pay for it. There's no need to guilt people for selling things they got for free, or making a big fuss out of perceived overcharging. It's a free market.

He sold me a copy of Revengeance at a great price and shipped it out quick. He was also willing to put up with shipping to an APO and what comes along with that (minimal extra hassle really, but I understand that some people don't like to do it).
