They did the same thing to me... I went from 1000 to 5 yesterday. Today I checked again and I'm back at 1000. I did send them an email but I have no idea if that was actually what got it fixed.

Well they reset my account a couple months back. I had 4k+ points but 1k+ points this year without registering anything. I joined the Tomb Raider contest and they dropped me down to 50 for this year, but none of my registered games are there anymore.

I have a Steam key of XCOM: Enemy Unknown. Would sell for $15 (would be cool if you gifted the money, my feedback is good, but if you don't want to, that's totally ok).

Or trade for something on my Steam wishlist with comparable value. Not sure how valuable it is in trade (its sale price is $39.99 on Steam) with regard to other Steam games, but it'd be cool if I could get two games from my Wishlist for it.
