By clicking the banner above or the link below, you will be directed to a list of games I am hunting. Though the list isn't 100 percent complete, I am making adjustments to it daily. Please note anything marked black means I own it, and red means I do not. Basically, if you own games there is a strong chance I would take them off your hands. However my collection is strict, the following things mean I would not be interested: Greatest hits/Mega Hits/All Stars/Platinum/Etc, basically I only collect black label stuff. Game must be complete with original case, manual and disc/cart (no pirated/forged stuff), and any significant damage would mean I am not interested (color fading, tears, crush damage, etc, depending on the severity). I only buy stuff that was released in the US and is an actual US version. I also avoid stuff that says not for resale unless it was a strictly bundled item (like Guitar hero, etc). As example, the copy of Sonic the Hedgehog I own for the Genesis has no Not for Resale label to speak of on any part, aka it was purchased in a store and not with the system. Another thing to consider, I don't know everything about every game, if there is a game that is regarded as a classic or excellent that I don't have listed, give me a heads up and i'll do some research on it.
With all that said, I make offers based on what similar conditions go for on eBay, but factor the lack of selling fees as well as potential for combined shipping. Having years of experience using eBay, Amazon, etc, I have a good grasp on what the going rate is for what you have and will offer you a price that is fair to both of us based on the situation given. I use both Paypal and Amazon Payments, and will foot the fees if the gift option is not used for Paypal. I look forward to trading with you

I am running a deal here of sorts, I have some junk saturn stuff and a couple other nearly useless items, some may have water damage or with very scratched up disc, if you want any of it simply pay the proper shipping and it's yours, I can also combine it into other orders and simply charge the shipping difference. It's either that or I throw it out, but if anyone wants it let me know. Here are the items included in this. Also note you can have any single or combined piece to this stuff, you don't have to take the whole set per game or anything, it's just what you'd maybe have some use for.

• Pop'n Music 6 for PSX + 7-11 & Best Hits for PS2. These are all Japanese imports, you'll need a console capable of playing them. All are the original black label pressings. I sold my controller, so now I need to sell the rest of the games. I'd much prefer to sell in a bundle - all seven games for $175/shipped. Otherwise, I'll sell them for $30/shipped each.
• GuitarFreaks + DrumMania Masterpiece Gold & V-V3 for PS2 plus Konami GuitarFreaks controller. Again, imports. Four games, all are in very good condition. I also have the original Konami home controller (not an ASC). I don't want to break this bundle up if at all possible. I'd like $110/shipped for the bundle.
• Shin Megami Tensei Devil Summoner 2: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. King Abaddon. This is still sealed, it's one of the launch copies with a plush. I'm looking for $55/shipped for this.
• Radeon 5850. I'm looking to buy a new video card soon, and I'd be willing to sell my Radeon 5850. I bought it from a user here, and it's served me just fine for a few months. I'm fairly certain my stuff has been picked over enough by having reposted twice so thanks to everyone but that'll likely be the end of me posting stuff to sell on here for quite some time. Soon I'll be back to buying plenty, though. Hurrah!

So I purchased a Club Nintendo Super Famicom controller from Allan Holdsworth awhile back.
He asked me if I wanted to pay an additional $4 to register it, I politely declined. He did insist if I recall, but I still said no thanks. By the way, he is in Puerto Rico and I'm in the U.S.

I PM'ed him asking what we should do about it and he said there is nothing he can do since I didn't have it registered. I politely told him that as a buyer I shouldn't have to pay for the tracking/registration of the product. Not trying to be a dick but it doesn't benefit me at all. Especially because I've never not received a package and I don't need to follow the package online as I was in no hurry.
At this point trying to explain to him that it's still the sellers responsibility to at least make this right is something he won't accept. I've been super friendly in all of my PM's, maybe too friendly haha.
So is there someone here who helps run this thread and help be a mediator about this?

most of the time it's the buyers choice if tracking is wanted. USPS is the only one that you can opt to not get tracking.

This is the hard part. While I agree with that, you were dealing with a person. this ain't amazon. It's not like he can just step into his big warehouse, grab another controller and mail it to you.
Why wouldn't you want such a rare item registered?
If you want a refund in the case that it goes missing, as buyer, you should pay for tracking/registration. I make that clear when giving postage options with all my transactions, if you don't pay for tracking, you take the risk on.
He shipped it and you refused to pay for it to register. I don't think the seller should get knocked because the package went missing. Sorry to say but I believe you are shit out of luck there buddy. If I was you in the situation, I would count it as a loss unfortunately and a lesson to learn on.

Yeah, if you decided against insuring the package that's on you. The shipper is responsible for giving you a tracking number, sending in a timely matter and packaging the goods in a manner reasonable enough to ensure the contents are not damaged. IE electronics should be waterproofed, fragiles bubble wrapped, etc.
If you want more than that, I don't see how you couldn't have ponied up the 4 dollars or come to an accord on splitting the additional cost. If you refused this offer, you accept that the possibility of it being damaged, lost or stolen is a chance you were willing to take. Unfortunately, it did - according to you - through no fault of the seller. Seems pretty clear that he shouldn't be forced to come out of pocket based on this lost gamble.
