When is a good time to drop negative feedback? After someone doesn't respond to PMs or when it's been 20 days since you sent them your payment? I would be more patient but when your seller states they are doing 2 day shipping from Amazon, 2 WEEKS AGO, I tend to think I am never going to receive my item...

If he isn't responding to PMs I say you can probably just leave the negative feedback. It might push him into action

I would have reversed payment after a week of not hearing anything, let alone 20 days. That's fucked up.
