Why are you criticizing? If you'll do a little research, this user is notorious for not communicating period. Maybe you are okay with that, but I would imagine most people who don't get a single peep out of someone after they've sent payment would agree that this is unacceptable.

Neutral is very fair. I don't think it's "damning" at all - everyone likes to see a comeback. :)

Personally, the condition of the item affects me nearly as much as the communication. Especially in a relatively "unregulated" place like this. Communication is key - condition is key (therefore, be communicative and forthright regarding condition to avoid disappointment). I hold this place to a higher standard then eBay, and have had experiences to match.

I don't think it's fair to call someone out regarding their honest feedback, either - but that's not my call.
