Tried to buy a Windows 8.1 key from me and claimed it "didn't work". Began to make a bunch of excuses as I tried to provide pictures to him with the key in the photos. I'm a + seller and advise not to do any business with him.
EDIT: Drastic worked things out with me and all is well now.
