But in all seriousness, go out and play stuff and find what you want. I've heard really good things about the Burns Cobra, but they're very hard to find as they don't have US distro anymore. Shaped like a Strat, mostly, nice guitar. I was going to try to hunt one down before I found the Heartbreaker. May try to hunt one down eventually.

Hope it wasn't the shouting that put you off a Les Paul, though. Also hope you took the one good bit of advice in the thread and actually tried a few guitars before making that choice.
