Buying new SFF PC - Need advice on RAM

I've finally decided to get a new SFF (small form-factor) PC and I'm going with Shuttle.

I heard a lot of good things with them and their new rig, the SN25P looks damn nice (check it out HERE). The case is beautiful in my opinion, so I'm already locked into this purchase. I'll be going with the Athlon 64 3500+ (which I'll most likely overclock), a 200 gig HDD, and an ATI X800 XL.

My question now is: do I go with 1 gig of RAM, or 2? Will one gig be enough?

I game A LOT, and my PC's usually last me around three years before I upgrade again.

I'll most likely be using this an HTPC, too, like I am currently (HDTV out for watching movies, anime, and some gaming).

So, again, do I go with 1 gig, or 2 gigs of dual-channel RAM. Will I notice the difference between the two?

I don't see how you'll notice any difference in games unless you plan on crunching 350MB Photoshop file at the same time....

BTW, that's a sweet sweet box. Sweeeeeet.......

The real question isn't so much size but whether to go with low-latency PC3200 or to go with higher-latency PC4400, etc. I'm running some benchmarks to figure that out.

From what I've read, A64's benefit more from low latency and Intel's stuff benefits more from higher frequency.
