PC Gamers, how accurate is this?

It's there, I just can't get a sense of how much of it happens on AMD GPUs compared to Nvidia... I think it's mainly an AMD driver issue but I could be wrong.

Also, MWIII had similar issues at launch last year, and then things got much better, so it could be that BO6 is using that older version of the engine which MWIII shipped with... pure speculation tho

What I can tell you with a fair amount of certainty is that the steep learning curve for kb/m brings a "reward": once you reach a comfortable proficiency, it seems to offer the most direct connection between the brain and the video game. This connection enhances the hand-eye coordination experience, making it more satisfying than using a controller, as there's no additional layer between your inputs and the game's physics.

100% this. For years I played COD on console. When MW19 released, I tried KBM on my xbox one x and although I struggled at first, I started to get better. I then sold my PS4 Pro and used the funds to buy a pc.

Since then I've mainly played cod on pc and KBM feels amazing to me. Nothing like it. A lot more satisfying than controller in my brain.

Especially in MW3 I played with some God tier players every once in awhile because Ybarra knew them and they made the switch to controller because they learned how to abuse that aim assist

They were very adamant once you learn how to make this aim assist work for you it was superior to KBM but its a learning curve for sure

Now debating if this is actual skill or not since the system is aiming for you is a whole new can of worms
Maybe I’m doing something wrong, but playing on the controller does not give me aim bot abilities. I still have to be fairly accurate with my aim, and whilst it does help me track the person I am aiming at its all quite subtle in play.

As mentioned above it is also detrimental at times, pulling off your target into somebody else that has crossed your path mid fight.

Whilst it helps narrow the aiming/tracking gap, it doesn’t help give the movement and snap that a keyboard and mouse provides. Those players can turn 180 as quick as the game allows and snap very accurately and quickly onto your head. You simply can’t do that easily on a controller. You have to turn the sensitivity right up, then struggle with 1cm of stick movement that is meant to provide movement between zero and full whack - almost impossible.

I would still prefer an input filter in game!

How much is black cell? 30$ and you cant buy this with CoD-Points? Yeah, skins look nice, but this is way too much.
black cell can't be bought with cp because you get cp from buying it, you get 1100cp right away on top of the 1300 you can earn from the BP, you also get the tier skips that normally come with the 2400cp bp.
so basically:
10$ for regular bp
20$ for tier skip bundle bp
30$ for tier skip bundle bp, exclusive track of cosmetics/operator and 10$ of cp extra.
basically the black cell allows you to get all the bonus stuff, plus 2400cp to either spend on the next bp or on an operator pack, which tend to be 2400cp/20$ by themselves.

I know where all of my MS rewards points are going this year lol

Finally managed a few days on the game,MP only. Easily the best playing COD by quite a margin. Loving it overall but will echo the consensus that the maps could be better.

Looking forward to the year ahead and warzone integration this week.

So far a solid 8/10 for me.

played like 12 hours today, didn't even notice how the time flew by. This game seriously has some kind of unhealthy grip on me. The constant tension, chaos, mayhem. Tiny corridors on stakeway, everywhere is smoke, all you hear are shotguns and explosions. You'd think this kinda explanation would fit any shooter, from CS, to Overwatch, to R6 to older CoD to BF - but BO6 really excels in this close quarter type fast paced arcade style gameplay, in which you are CONSTANTLY under pressure to act. Quake 3 wasn't as stressfull as this :D it's not even "fun" per se, it's more like a rush really, which is honestly almost more fascinating than "fun".

I probably got my fix for the next 10 years now.

Yes.

I think its a good value if you often buy skins etc.

I rarely do that, so I don´t need the extra CP that come with Blackcell.

I don't get the point of these premium operator skins that really stand out. It just makes you a walking target. I turned off the Numbers Woods one because it basically draws a nice red outline for the enemies to point at.

I'm playing on PC but still prefer controller over M&K. There are many more casual players in controller input matchmaking, and it's just easier to play. Another thing, aim assist is ridiculously strong, and I'm not getting any younger, so that helps too, lol.

I will bet money that the XMG got a stealth nerf yesterday. It feels totally different now (more recoil, less effective at longer ranges), and certainly wasn’t killing like it has been.

Slight buff coming tomorrow today according to the above.
