Call of Duty: Black Ops III |OT| No Content For Old Gen

Yes, even with stock, it will deactivate if you aim down the sights with an assault rifle.

Thank you so much for explaining this to me. All this time I have been basically wasting a perk slot. I guess that also explains all the times I thought that I was being sneaky and guys would turn around and shoot me in the face.

They just released a $15 limited standalone version of Multiplayer on Steam. You can only play Ranked Multi and you can't prestige.

Thank you for clarifying. I wasn't totally sure on that.

You're welcome, I'm glad I could help! In that case, use a perk that could prove to be more useful like Flak Jacket, Sixth Sense, Overclock, or Blind Eye.

Also, I made a typo in a previous message. Long strafes* to the side also activate the perk.

Watch this start happening all together.

$30 for campaign and offline multiplayer (LAN and bots).

$15 for basic multiplayer.

$15 for co-op.

$10 to unlock the rest of multiplayer.

$50 for multiplayer season pass.

$20 for co-op season pass.

$2-$100 for supply drops to unlock new weapons.

$60 for traditional disc release, minus advanced multiplayer features and only 1 co-op map.

Now that I reached L55 can I still earn unlock tokens? They not gonna force me to reroll are they? I dont even know how prestige works

I wish they would sell each Zombie map individually. I hate having to buy map packs when its just Zombies I enjoy.

Either that or a Zombies edition.

Basically yes, there is(was?) a chaos moshpit playlist. It's dominated by nuketown pretty much

The chaos moshpit playlist gets replaced by a 100% nuketown playlist during some weekends, it was active during the double XP weekend. Its under Multiplayer / Bonus. Its gone now, and chaos moshpit is there instead.

Boring. The only maps people vote for are Nuk3town and Combine. They might as well keep Nuk3town going all the time.

I can't get used to using the Sparrow. I want to unlock the last couple of costumes for Outrider, but every time I seem to whip it out, I get shot almost instantly. Anyone got any tips?

I can get a kill or two with it on Combine or Redwood, though.

I had the same problem. I think it's the weird dot reticle that I couldn't get used to.

My tip is don't draw back all the way unless you know a dude is on some glitch or something across the map. Definitely don't walk around with the string drawn back if you can help it.

The medium length draw goes VERY far and straight. Short tap firing is great for close to med range.

Heres my grind for the hero armor.

I basically just spammed my way through the challenges lol

That's my first problem, I feel like I need to walk around with the arrow constantly drawn back. I might trying fooling around in Hardpoint. The enemy tends to gather around the capture point, so it might make farming a bit easier.

On top of that, it's a bit more difficult in hardcore mode because the TTK is usually 1 - 3 shots with most weapons. Also, there's no reticle in hardcore, so aiming that thing can be a hassle.

Oh, HC. Yeah. Specialist weapons are so underpowered in HC because everything kills in 1 hit lol

I feel like the Sparrow has very generous aim assist, which makes it easy to kill as long as you shoot in their general area. Hardcore is different though as you can't really make a mistake.

Except for Kinetic, where it shines.

kinetic is an ability not a weapon

Was playing some safeguard on Fringe earlier today and we were about win since the enemy still had to get the robot out of the shop and onto the street with 50 seconds left. Then the 2 top guys on our team hanged back and shouted at the rest of us to do the same so the game could go into overtime. I tried to stop the enemy regardless but they steamrolled us and we went into overtime.

Ended up losing the game in overtime while the 2 guys ended up with 50 something kills. Fuck KDR whores.

This happened to me but in Uplink. Except I managed to get the satellite and win. Got a lot of hate for it.

That is funny I played a game of uplink the other day where no one was going for the ball because they wanted overtime so I picked up the ball and scored with almost no time left. People like that are so annoying, go play TDM if that is all you want to do.

Hey guys. I'm curious about the DLC and have two questions: have they patched the out of bounds glitches that I heard of and is there a separate playlist for the new maps? I'm sure these questions have been asked a million times but one word answers are all I need.

As long as you are on the winning end of lag compensation.

Yep. Granted this is the same with every gun, but I feel it the most with the Razorback. Sometimes I can mow people down going head-to-head, and sometimes, I get jumped on by people using ARs.

I am trying to get used to the Kuda now since I think I need the high rate of fire given my net is shit.

I will rejoice the day that SG-17 says something good about this game, for it will truly be rapturous.

LOL, you're not kidding. I don't think I've ever seen someone hate a game so much and yet keep coming back for more.

So, why do you guys think the Razorback is so good with rapid fire? It appears to convey the same benefits as with any other gun, ie 6.5% increase. In fact it has the exact same ROF numbers with/without as the KN-44.

I like Hardpoint on Nuk3town.

Always have in all three versions.

I never thought I would see the day, this is glorious!

I wonder if there's anything else, since sometimes it's good to list the positives.

It's just an extremely noticeable difference with the Razorback, since it becomes very usable at most ranges, from long to close. It doesn't really change long range combat, but is essential to survive close range encounters more. Plus, you kill noticeably faster since you'll land your four shots to kill faster. Fast mags is also really good when combined with rapid fire.

I read to try out using the right stick to jump/boost and god damn is it nice. You don't lose the ability to aim when jumping. Don't know why I didn't realize that sooner.

Wait, jumping with the stick? That's new, and I feel like it would definitely throw off my aiming, but hadn't even entertained that idea.

Bumper Jumper is the perfect control setup for me, allows me to do everything I need to except drop shot effectively, but I don't think drop-shotting is too helpful in this game overall.

Click to jump seems like it'd be awkward. Sometimes you have to pulse jump to hover which would be pretty hard to do while aiming. Bumper jumper is where it's at (or a controller with back paddles)

oh... thanks

He's not wrong, you'll never have enough unlock tokens to have everything unlocked until you reach prestige master, where everything is unlocked for you. Before that, the best you can do is prestige to unlock everything else all over again and try a new path, and using a token refund (after you prestige and reach a high level) to get all the tokens refunded (if you use a refund when you're level 55, you'll get 55 tokens to spend on whatever).

Besides, you don't lose anything when you prestige, and there's no real reason not to.

So I embarked on sniper rifles last night for the grind to dark matter, wow the Drakon is actually quite fun to use!

I was playing hardcore domination and it went OK, I didn't rage once as when I died I actually felt outplayed (or had bad aim) so it was all good. Went from the 30 kills with it to 100 (in about 1hr 30 minutes) and also got a few rapid kills towards the camo and one kill towards chameleon....maybe pistols will be worse....
