Can you really level up faster from using Specialist? Tried it a couple times but didn't notice much difference. Do you have to build up huge streaks?

I used to average about 5000 points per match (TDM) and now with the specialist, around 6800. With the double XP for downloading Elite I'm now getting around 12,000 points per match.

Looks like the max length of your clip with premium is around one minute.

Is it me or does bumping into teammates cause a hell of a lot of stuttering and getting stuck to them?

I don't recall it being like this in MW2 but when someone bumps into me my entire screen shakes like crazy.

Yeah this is one of my biggest complaints. When teammates run into you its like being hit by a stun nade. Its ridiculous.

People rely on map too much. Silencer and Assassin eat people for breakfast.

Agreed. Assassin Pro kills in the game. You can see in the killcam how everyone uses the UAV to the point of hindering their gameplay when it isn't up. I love running that perk to wreck those people.

Nope, PS3 here. It turned itself on about 3 hours ago, but I've not been playing all the time so I still got like 1 hour left.

It's not uncommon for an enemy and I to kill each other 4 or 5 times in a row within 40 seconds.

I think clarity is a good thing in multiplayer maps and this game just gives a big middle finger to clarity.

Is it going between menus or in the game? Because I'm always behind my friends in a party when backing out and joining games.

I can't decide if I should pick up Elite or not. I'm still not enjoying many of these maps so I want more but I just can't figure out how much more we're getting? Do we know yet if we're getting map packs of five new maps each month or just one or two? And if I'm going to purchase Elite I would rather have the founder status because I'm petty like that. And as a side note, I don't care about all the extras sadly so nothing besides the DLC matters to me which makes it harder to decide.

Started to notice it after the patch. Doesn't happen all the time, but every couple matches I get some tiny stuttering going on once in a while. A bit annoying, but for now it's not gotten on the way. It doesn't lock up for half a second, probably a bit less, but yeah, noticeable.

The menus have a delay especially when i'm trying to access for instance my MP5 stats and in game everything just stops for a half sec.

Any dedicated servers with all the gear unlocked yet? My experience of P2P on PC so far is shitty hosting and lag, that said Kill Confirmed is awesome.

As much as they will extort us for the same old shit again I do hope we get maps like Overgrown and Bog in the DLC.

Horrible gaming today.. Every match you join you see jtagged I suppose clan tags. Ran into a whole team 8 guys that had clan tag of D-pad down and every one had a drop shot controller. My whole team was 1:3 KD and me 2:1 somehow despite barrage of air support. Of course I refused to quit untill like 3 games of idiot teams later.

I have finally found my perfect loadout though for Domination and bigger games. I was 40/50 - 10/15 most all last night. Can't wait to get home from work late tonight, I got the itch again. Damn you COD

This has been happening to me since first starting the game and it's annoying as hell. It seems it affects some people and not others. Not sure of it was an issue with the game or the servers getting hit with so many peoole playing. I'm starting to think it's the game and hope that gets a patch.

Uhm.. it didn't happen to me at all until the patch today (yesterday?). But I was playing a game now on downturn, I was aiming at this guy and the game froze mid-shooting and when it unfroze I was dead. I almost threw the controller outside the window

I hope it's something related to the servers and not the game, because I've imported and there's no way I can get the game exchanged.

Actually I should clarify, this kind of few seconds freezing/hangups/whatever doesn't happen during matches, but rather in the lobbies. For example, if I'm joining a friends party or when joining/leaving public lobbies, it freezes on me for a few seconds every time. Maybe we have a slightly different issue.

Could be. I don't have any issues in the menus, but today the game's been lagging a bit while playing. Not always, but sometimes and it's definitely annoying.

Hopefully they fix it soon.

Maybe. But even if you can't login, if you already downloaded it and booted it up, I think that already counts.

Earlier today I couldn't enter Elite and yet today at night I got it (here it's 4am now..). So I guess it doesn't really matter. I was able to get into Elite yesterday, though...

I've just got it. I also accessed Elite via the ingame Elite menu, maybe it unlocked something I don't know. Now the Elite emblem is available to me and there's a small XP sticker on my tag.

Elite is still mostly down. They are working on it so I'd say you will probably have to wait until next week for it to run decently.

I 100% agree with you there. Until I unlocked the Type 95 I was getting faceraped constantly. For whatever reason I just don't do well with any of the other assault rifles in the game.

yeah. scar and m4a1 are beast.

the only disadvantage of low levels are assassin perk and stinger. but they can go support which if many support players on a team, they are pretty much unstoppable.

Hell, just start with the UMP. That thing's good enough.

If you tied your youtube to your COD account in blackops it's automatic. Otherwise you have to access them from elite.

No you're right, kick helped. I just have an issue getting my crosshair on the enemy before they get theirs on me. With the Type 95 I run Stalker and basically round corners with my sight up. A pull or two of the trigger and they go down. Fits my playstyle more.

Weird thing is, on smaller maps I run an SMG with Extreme Conditioning and Steady Aim and just rack up the kills. It's funny because it's the exact opposite playstyle, but it serves the same purpose of making up for my shitty aim.

Well it automatically adds to your MW3 account when you login. If you don't see any token, then it probably didn't register.

I'm at level 45 or 46 now and I'm still using the M4A1. Friggin' love it with red dot and extended mags. I wish I could go suppressor/extended mags but I don't care for it's iron sights.

I've hard hardly any luck with the Scar though. Don't know why but I always lose head on battles with that and I saw a huge improvemen when I ditched it for the M4A1. Even now when I pick one up off someone else, I still can't do much with it.

I guess I'll stick with the M4A1 until I get my sweet, sweet AK-47. That was my fave to use in MW2 and BO.

Did you play a match after you prestiged? I think you have to do that to get the token.
