Du once again applies the precisely correct amount of disrespect; no more, no less.

U.S is going to win Capcom Cup, or any big SF tournament involving the best of the best for the first time ever? This is history in the making.

It reminds me of Daigo vs Haitani in the 1st half of the year. Not just the sets, but every individual match was a massacre.

It's always interesting seeing pro players having to fight their own personal demon. You know they are better than that but they just seem to fall apart.

Capcom, please implement the option for Player 2 to select rematch or going back to character select screen, these thumbs up are getting ridiculous.

banished to the nether realm.

Is that Jojo? I should watch that show. Kinda looks like the pictures I've seen of it, but I am ignorant on it.
It's JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable, the 4th part of JoJo's (Part 1 was Phantom Blood, Part 2 was Battle Tendency, & Part 3 was Stardust Crusaders).

This match is showcasing why Chun has done well, but had trouble taking first place in actual events despite her dominance (and gatekeeping so many characters)- she requires SO MANY openings to actually get a kill, far more than most others in this game.

Yep. People ignore her lack of damage or how much harder it is for her to get good damage than other characters.

It was really showcased in some of the Chun-Li vs Ken and Chun-Li vs Necalli matches. Chun-Li keeps them out with a bunch of pokes, and one combo on her undoes everything.

One of the better local Ryu players here says this is why he thinks Ryu is better than Chun, at least at any level below the absolute top players. If you get a half life-bar lead on Chun, you can breathe relatively easy as long as you're looking out for slide VT, but if Ryu catches you slipping once he can still hit you like a freight train for the comeback.

That's been Nash's greatest strength, once he has CA, he can confirm kills off almost anything, and has a way easier time getting that first hit than most.
