"On february 2nd in Las Vegas. RE4 PS2 probably won't be there. Might be a cool week combined with Sony's showing tomorrow."

Viewtiful Joe DS is due in May, so that should definitely be there. The PSP game might too, especially if it's based off the console games (I wouldn't count out VJ1+2 on a single UMD). Devil May Cry PSP definitely won't be there though as the game just started production recently with DMC3 wrapping up. It'll probably be a 2006 release imo.

I'm hoping MegaMan Battle Network DS shows up too, though I think Capcom USA would rather wait until MMBN5 has had some time at retail first. It should probably debut in Japan anyway, as it's Capcom's top franchise in the region.

For handheld stuff, this is pretty much all I'm expecting...

Yea, everybody must still be gathering and writing up the information from Gamer's Day.

One thing I would like to hear, if Capcom did indeed show it off, is just how Capcom is going to make the PS2 version of Resident Evil 4 not suck.

Wel, if they make them sign non disclosure agreements like last time chances are we wont hear much until someone comes out with the exclusive news. That was the case with RE4 last year. Hopefully if anything big is announced we wont have to wait to learn from it.

It's not fake--gamefront.de also reported it would be taking place today. I think Johnny Nighttrain was also speculating (or hinting) that there would be some new Capcom related DS stuff.

I heard some rumors.

rumor 1: Maybe Capcom will show over four new games.

rumor 2: Maybe there is a web embargo till friday for some exclusive coverage and official screenshots may be available on friday for everyone.

But this is only speculation.

Yes, Capcom's Gamers' Day is today. In that there's no information yet, assume that there's an embargo. No, I don't know when it'll be lifted. Might not be today; in fact since it's already past 5 PM I doubt it is today. Don't sit at the computer getting angry about it. Go outside and play.

jeez I just came back from college and there's nothing to do! I was expecting to see some cool Capcom games. Same with the Sony conf, I was expecting Dark Cloud 3 but we got nothing.

The Sony conference was only for dealers and they introduced the japanese lineup for the next two months (so no surprises here). It wasn't a press event or Gamer's Day.
