Phoenix Wright and SFIV are ports, sure. Don't see how they distinguish Capcom from other publishers.

Dead Rising: CTYD has radically different gameplay mechanics and design from the original game; it's basically a new (crappy) game that happens to follow the story of the 360 title. It's not a port by any reasonable definition.

Dead Rising PS3- PS3 got the sequel, will get the compilation disc in 2-3 years
Zack & Wiki Move - Original did not sell well. I wouldn't cancel the idea of a PSN port.
RE Chronicles Move- It can still happen
RE5 Wii - RE5 on WiiU? RE4/CV Hd on WiiU? I'd expect it.
TvC PS3/360- Can still happen.
MH3 PS3/360- Nintendo practically published it. MH3 will be ported/enhanced for 3DS methinks.
MvC3 Wii/3DS- Well, wii is dead but I would not rule out 3DS
SFxT 3DS- It's been mentioned, I'd say it's highly likely.
SFIV Wii = WiiU port of SS4AE? Possible
Mega Man Powered Up DS/Wii- Capcom killed Mega Man. Will appear someday on a compilation of some kind.
Maverick Hunter X DS/Wii- huh?
Last Ranker Wii- Never heard of it

It might be wise not to port that, there's already an RE coming to PS360 soon, and RE6 is very likely PS360, and being announced in the next couple of weeks. Don't want to tax the audience.
