"Capcom ports everything"

i know this is basically a glorified begging thread, but i'd actually really like it if capcom ported dead rising to the PC. then i could sell my x360.

A thread just because they didn't port 5 out of 100 games?
So far this gen for ports, it's been:

Phoenix Wright 1-3 on DS, WiiWare
Megaman Battle Network 1 & 5 on DS
Megaman Legends 1-2 on PSP
Breath of Fire III on PSP
Monster Hunter 1-2 on PSP
Monster Hunter G on Wii
Monster Hunter Frontier on 360
Monster Hunter Portable 3rd on PS3
Lost Planet on PS3
Resident Evil on DS
Resident Evil 4 on Wii, XBLA, PSN
Resident Evil CVX on XBLA, PSN
Resident Evil 0 and 1R on Wii
Okami on Wii
Darkstalkers Chronicle on PSP
Street Fighter Alpha 3 on PSP
Powerstone 1-2 on PSP
Super Street Fighter IV on 3DS
Street Fighter II Turbo on XBLA
Street Fighter III 3rd Strike on XBLA, PSN
Super Street Fighter II Turbo on XBLA, PSN
Puzzle Fighter on XBLA, PSN
Marvel Vs Capcom 2 on XBLA, PSN

The vast majority of ports seems to be last gen stuff or older though, not current gen games ported to other systems later on. Almost everything for a handheld, DD or Wii too.

Most of those had logistic reasons or the original performed exceptionally poorly. The only truly odd one is Dead Rising, especially with PS3 getting the sequel with no attempt to lay a foundation for the franchise.

Is this thread about Revelations?

Revelations, Monster Hunter, every time someone cites this reputation as though it proves that Announced/Hypothetical Capcom Game X will inevitably come to Platform Y. As lunchwithyuzo shows above, though, this reputation is far more justified when it comes to last-gen or older games than current-gen. And no, I don't think porting is inherently bad, nor am I begging for any of the ports listed in the OP.

It probably didn't need its own thread, but I was bored at work. What can I say?
