Tony built an armor especialy take down Black Panther.

Panther beat it with a bottle of 1.29 window cleaner.

It's funny that most people think this is a joke until they read the issue.

Whatever shortcomings I personally perceive in the MCU movies, one thing they have done really well is that each actor made the character they play their own. The result being that the "So was I" line got to me.

This trailer was so meh, so disappointing ...

I love Marvel Studios movies but this trailer doesn't make me want to see the film
Only the last scene is good

The worst is the photography, it's insipid and it's offensive !
I'm not that kind of guy who bases his opinion on a film with blablabla like photography/etc... but it looks like a TV show ...

Hope it will change once in theater

Do you mean cinematography?

Is there any reason why a MCU movie starts developing a story, then the movie ends, then the next movie happens and suddenly everything is different?

At the end of TWS, Cap is just starting to look into Bucky's past and try to find where he went. Now in Civil War, he's just there and they're buddies and everything's fine?

What the hell happened between TWS and Civil War? Anything? Nothing? Everything? This is dumb.

That scene with Bucky isn't the first scene in the movie
“That’s not early in the film,” reveals Joe Russo
I'm sure the movie will explain things

Umm. There is more to the movie than what is shown in the trailer. Like, two hours more.

Cap was looking for WS but also all the Hydra bases, which he did and the first scene on Age of Ultron started immediately following the events of WS

AoU and Ant-Man happened.

At the end of TWS, Falcon leaves to track down Bucky, who fucked off to learn about himself at the end of TWS. By the start of this Falcon has found him and Bucky succeeded in getting his memories back. Duh

Cap found him at the end of Ant-Man, this trailer clearly shows them trying to rehabilitate him before they become friends again.

Falcon was looking for him at the end of TWS, also, you are basing your claims on a 2 min trailer, jesus christ people, get some common sense.

I...what?

Why the hell is there a scene with Cap and Bucky in Ant-Man?

I guess I shouldn't ask this question, the MCU movies have turned hiding this kind of thing in mid and post-credits scenes into an art form.

Woooo!

Whoa, I almost forgot this was technically a Captain America movie
yep. a massive crossover film masquerading as a solo captain america film.

i still say it would've been way more fitting to just name it avengers: civil war or marvel's civil war

The beginning of this trailer is part of that scene. The only thing missing was Falcon saying "I know a guy" (referring to Ant-Man) to Cap.

I don't think any of the MCU post-credit scenes have been super critical to the narrative. Most probably the "what happened in-between" will be the first few scenes of this movie.

avengers movies are cartoony garbage

if the captain america in the title means it's more like TWS that's all i need to know

trailer looks great

I think it's pretty stupid how Tony armor is almost as tough vibranium without even having an ounce of it, does his suit break in any of the movies? Other than this one ofc.

His suits get significantly damaged in all the movies I think. The first one by the end it's destroyed, 2nd movie shows them getting bad scars, 3rd movie they break like legos, and in the Avengers he actually has to change suits after the Hellicarrier attack because it's nearly destroyed. They aren't vibranium but they take a lot of abuse.

seeing Tony get the shit beat outta him was worth it.

#TeamCap

I hope they justify that beat down though. The crap Tony pulls in the comic Civil War earns him a beat down and more. Ultron should could I guess but I need more then that. He has to do something specifically in this film.

i think the Russo bros will do it justice. TWS was so great.

He pulled Ultron twice and just got lucky the second time.

ok? i'm saying that to me calling it an avengers movie means more than just having a lot of characters in it, it implies a style
and i'm saying calling avengers movies cartoony garbage is pretty much saying that about this franchise because those films are the pinnacle of it. and there are a lot of characters (a lot of them avengers) in this movie.

Again, so what? It's going to be Cap's story front and center.
