I don't quite understand how it scores a 9.0 based on the review text. I like Jeremy, but I'm sick and tired of people subtracting points because something has been done before. If this is, as the review would lead us to believe, the BEST version of this style of Castlevania, should it really be punished? Shouldn't it be even more impressive that Konami continues to churn out games that get progressively BETTER, in the same style? I wish developers would do that more often with sequels.

It was rare last year. I bought mine a few short months after it came out, and it was already impossible to find sealed! I had to Ebay mine(Still payed store price, of course.)
