Don't take my word for it, go to https://en.cdprojektred.com/jobs/ and try finding a single job offer where understanding Polish is a requirement.

Edit: not for the sake of "hiring black americans" but top talent with AAA experience from big studios of similar scale

Just because it's not a requirement doesn't mean that it isn't important tho.
If you're going to work in a Polish game studio then yeah I imagine that they're going to prioritize people who speak Polish, they may make an exception for you if your credentials are really good and outweigh that tho.

Not only that, but to work in a Polish studio means you would have to live in Poland, so you really would need to speak the language to get by.

So, in order to satisfy John Cullens diversity expectations, CDPR have to find a number of black people with the exact skills required for the job, who have all decided to up sticks and move to Poland, who are able to speak the Polish language, and who are prepared to work for a Polish salary.

Otherwise CDPR are just a bunch of racists.

Seems perfectly reasonable to me. /s

Stop telling developers how to make their games CDPR knows what works best for their games and if people don't like it they don't have to buy it. Good for them standing their ground as every artist should stand by their work.

I’ve lucked out and seen nothing but pretty ones, but if you’ve seen any porn you’ve had to come across one of those dogged out ones. Some of them just come out of the box ugly.

I said this the last time it came up, but if one of the dick customization options isn't actually a vagina with an retractable, prehensile tentacle ala Bible Black, I'm going to be severely disappointed.
