I listened to TOtBL again today... and their new album sounds a lot less manic and less tight in comparison.

Very very very Scottish. It's just 2 guys, and they rock shit pretty hard. Loud, hard guitar hooks, slammin' drums, and some pretty cool vocals. Only band I've ever listened to that could get away with singing the line "Fuck me with your best!" I dig it more and more each time I check it out.

thanx. i am listening to it right now. they are, in a word, amazing. i think i still preffer the recent album. but really, i love both.
now let me ask what may be construed as a stupid question, is the mars volta in the same genre as these guys?
