I am about to leave my current job and will loose access to the email address I used for registering. I am taking a week break so wont have access to new job email address for a while. How can I make sure to not loose access to account as there will be time inbetween where I wont have access to old and new email address?

Click your name -> Account Details -> Select Change by your email address.

If it helps, you can use any email address these days. Plus, I don’t think you’ll get booted at all for losing an old email address?

Likely nothing to worry about here. Just change your email address to whatever you use outside of work, and you’re set.

Can you use Gmail now or does it still need to be institutional?

You can use any email now. I'm on an Outlook address now
