Angel Beats! 10-13 + OVA 1-2
Yep, this is way better than Charlotte. The premise is much better, the story is much better, the main characters are much better, and yes the ending is as amazing as I remembered it was. I had always remembered I liked the ending but now that I think about it, it pretty much is perfect. It got me again too, this is the second time I saw it and I knew exactly what was going to happen but I still cried at the end.
OVA 1 and 2 are pretty funny, Yuri is quite the sadist and it's actually kind of hilarious the things she'll do to realize her goals.
Re-watching AB has been a real pleasure for me. I didn't really mean to but it worked out, so I can be happy now and get on with watching things I haven't seen before I guess.
