Ha, same situation like mine. I have no clue what I entered as security answer, so I can't change my password anymore. Just let them send you a new password. It will get sent to you via plaintext e-mail and due the new "security" policy, there is no way of changing it without knowing your security answer, which means it's now insecure as fuck. I guess the ban makes sense again.
