You can have multiple accounts on the ps4 though, so if you buy the eu game on vita +ps4(where you set the eu account as primary so other accounts can use the purchases) you shouldn't have a problem crossaving, even if your main account is us.

The writing is occasionally a bit iffy, but if you dig small town drama with a bit of a supernatural twist and don't see red when you see a bit of teenage angst or some lame "teenager" language, it's worth a try. The ending is only meh if you think that a game with choice needs to have a million different endings to accommodate every different path you can take through the game, but personally I think the ending works perfectly fine in the context of the story. People are just butthurt that their choices don't matter by the end (though they matter more than in most other similar games throughout the story, just the ending is more fixed).
Yeah... I completely misread what you meant. You'd still need to be playing on the same account on both devices. I'm pretty sure you can crossave on another regions servers, it let me at least on cs but there's no physical us for it to test if it lets you download.

Oh, they always send dispatch emails on a Tuesday then hold onto it. I think it's the only way they can take payment early.
