Ditto, pretty sure I read someone say this happens when the price you've ordered at is below the cost they want to sell at.
So a payment problem just happens to occur.
I've sent a message to them and checked Paypal, no problem their end, the transaction is listed as completed today.

Hopefully that's the case here. I really hate overpaying for collectors editions when they drop in price, but this one genuinely looks like it's worth the cash. I'm really hoping the box looks as badass as the placeholder image. Kinda hated the art used for the previous Zavvi HD collection packaging.
