Yes, Nintendo LEs are always single-SKUs for all of Europe, hence the overload of ratings logos on them and multi-language boxes.

Seriously, though. The ratings logo tells you all you need to know. If there's not also a PEGI logo next to the USK rating, it will be 100% German since we tend to speak German here.

Sometimes if a publisher cheaps out, they make one SKU for the German-speaking countries Germany/Austria/Switzerland to save money (Nordic/Bamco does this a lot).

It was well received by the press (83 on Opencritic).
Indeed TMS price was fairly consistent throughout release that's why 38 euro could still be seen as a deal for those that waited for a discount.
I also suspect it will become a cult classic in due time with limited quantity available.
