Cheap Arse Gaffer |Europe| With Or Without EU

Been looking around for PS4 Pro deals and man the prices dont seem to go down all that much. I guess when the Xbox X is out we should get a bit of a price drop for it right?

Where are you? PS4 Pro has been 300 Euros several times in Germany already.

GAME has the White Pro with Destiny+Expansion pass and Uncharted Lost Legacy today.

It's £350 but if you sold both games you could get it down to £280, maybe cheaper.

Thanks. Yeah this is the deal i seen but not really a fan of white consoles lol.

Think i will just keep an eye on deals over the next few weeks and maybe even just wait till November to see if we get a bit of a price drop.

Huh TIL. Apparently it's something of a grey area though and not widely known/ adhered to. Still interesting though.

There's no grey area, there never was, its been like that for years. EU law gives you a 2 year warranty for new products, it can only be reduced to 1 year for used products and even then, only if the consumer agrees. Its actually even better for UK consumers since the Sale of Goods Act actually exceeds most of the European requirements (up to six years).

The only caveat being that the 12 month guarantee is honoured by all but the most dodgy of retailers - however the 2 year one means you talking them to small claims caught to enforce your rights if they decide not to play ball. Most ppl can't be bothered and that is what some retailers are counting on.

Oddly I have been buying Switch games already as well as a Pro Controller since I knew Inwould be getting one soon(ish). Have Zelda, Ultra Street Fighter 2 and Has Been Heroes.

Bad gut feeling. Eerie wind blowing outside my house.
That's the big storm mate, we've all got wind blowing outside right now!

How can you have buyers remorse when you have all that stuff already. If you should have buyers remorse about anything, its buying shit for a console you dont own surely lol. Be happy you got it for 200 quid, glass half full!

Fucking Amazon. lately their service has went right down the toilet.

I ordered MvC when the page 1st appeared and the price on my preorder is £32.99.
Now that page has been closed down and my preorder as moved from the 19th to nothing....and suddenly another page has appeared with the game at £44.99 instead.

Contact customer service guy says nothing he can do. I'll get the game if that product is ever stocked, but advised me to reorder the £44.99 version. Fucking scam.

That happened to me with Pillars of eternity, I cancelled and got it from shop to, I wonder if it's specifically happening with games?

I'd hammer CS a few more times as that's disgusting but it's unlikely you'll get a rep to care. It's one of the reasons I avoid them unless they're offering vouchers now.

Cheapest I can see is Smyths, it's £34.99 there

Entered eShop from my Nintendo Switch.

Pay with PayPal
And I got charged just 15 euros

::thumbs up::

Worst case scenario, you can probably resell it at a profit. Hell, I'd buy it off you if I lived nearby.
Hmm. It is coming today at 12 so I might do actually. The thing is, I am saving for a working holiday so that's why I am regretting it. I can buy this Switch with no problems, I just shouldn't. I really don't need a Switch. Plus the gift card I won in at a GAME competition/event so it's why I'm looking good either way. Will most likely get rid of it.

Switch for £250 if you get a Neon. I should've waited a fortnight and saved a tenner. Live and learn.

Edit: £245 for the Neon now. Son of a bitch.
