Chevy/ Chevrolet: Its time for a logo redesign for Man United's sake

I didn't even know sponsors were allowed to have additional colors on a team's kit. Or maybe I just never noticed. The white transparent logo and white lettering is fine but the full color one is just ick.

Chevy is a sponsor of Man United?

Do they even sell many Chevys over there? I thought they brand most of their stuff as Opel over in Europe.

Very few.

The Chevy logo looks like ass anyway and this kit looks ass too.

It doesn't help that the only Chevy branded cars you seem to see in the UK are rebranded Daewoo Matiz's.

A premium brand for a premium club.
They sell the Chevy Volt there.

Which you tarts should be buying because your petrol is so damn expensive.

Yeah I saw that the other day it is awful. Even if they just took the logo off but left the words it would be ok... Kinda like the old Sharp one.

I love my Chev cruze and man u but that's ugly. :/

The white logo one is not so bad.

I blame the Glazers. Twats.

For everyone who watched MLB or the NFL around 2007-2008, when I think of Chevy, all I think of is "This is ooooour couuuuntry!"

That fucking commercial every 5 minutes with that horrible John Mellencamp song. So bad.

Even chevy thinks their logo is shit considering they dont even use it on their flagship car.

What's their flagship car? Every Chevy model I can think of has the logo on it. Camaro, Corvette, Suburban, Silverado, Cruze, Volt, SS, Aveo, Impala, Malibu all have a Chevy bowtie logo on them.

If the logo was a place a bit higher then it wouldn't look as bad. Dead center looks aweful.

I'm talking about the all white design. The other is impossible to look good.

I thought part of picking a title sponsor was making sure it worked with your kit. Some racing liveries have been destroyed by wrong sponsor choices, so I thought a legendary team like ManU would be more discerning. That Chevy logo just doesn't work. I say ditch the logo and stick with the name alone. PEACE.

There's plenty of decent older designs if Chevy ever gets past its current phase:

Why isn't GM pushing a more local brand, like Vauxhall
