The 2m-high Transit Elevated Bus (TEB) straddles the cars below, allowing them to pass through.

Powered by electricity, the bus is able to carry up to 300 passengers in its 72ft (21m) long and 25ft wide body.

The vehicle is expected to reach speeds of up to 60km per hour, running on rails laid along ordinary roads. Up to four TEBs can be linked together.

Just looking at this and what other cities the application of this could be used in.

I think most European countries are probably a no go due to sizes of the streets and how areas function.

But Berlin, New York etc?

Would you like to see them where you are?

Would definitely have to be a lot higher in the US, with semis, pickup trucks, and larger SUVs also on the road.

Cool idea for sure though. Would take some getting used to.

I don't understand the hype for this. It is basically an above ground train. Given how erratic drivers are in major cities in the US, IMO you are just asking for trouble.

You do realize China has semis, pickup trucks, and larger SUVs right?

Also this would be used on congested roads inside large cities where huge semis are banned anyways.

Looks cool
