When's the trailer dropping?
Disappointing to see that...Saw it before Guardians. Trailer was ok. Swear to god you couldn't hear a fucking thing the characters were saying in the trailer LOL and this wasn't a problem with the other trailers screened. The cinematography was absolutely spectacular though.
The rumor from NolanFans forum is that the final cut is hovering around 100-110 mins

Why does Nolan hate Tom Hardy's face so much he has to place a mask on him always
No one cared who he was until he put on the mask
I love Nolan movies and am a huge WW2 buff. I've watched a million docos, band of brothers etc and been to a load of actual battlefields in France but I'm just not digging this at all.
The trailers I've seen just don't do it for me. I think it's missing something, it looks too "clean" if that makes any sense?
I dunno. Will wait and see I guess.
This is pretty much how I feel about it all, just doesn't grab me like I thought it would.I love Nolan movies and am a huge WW2 buff. I've watched a million docos, band of brothers etc and been to a load of actual battlefields in France but I'm just not digging this at all.

It's the same prologue, now in one of these
Mobile Theater with motion seats
It's at Comicon. I watched it today. So like... how does one... go to this? I can't for the life of me find what the actual locations are/tickets? Been trying to find anything about the Phoenix and Tempe dates and came up with nothing.
It's a story Nolan describes as "very human" and "very unique." At under two hours, it could be Nolan's shortest film since Insomnia. "It's a very tight film," he says. "But it's intense." That intensity - as amplified by the multiple perspectives - is what the team hopes will make Dunkirk a universal experience that is more than a historical document. "We're trying to make something immediate, accessible and, hopefully, timeless," Nolan adds. It's that approach that makes Nolan see Dunkirk more as a survival story than as a war film - once again inverting genre expectations.
Under 2 hours? That's a lot of IMAX screenings in a day. From Total Film
I feel like Nolan is going to address the two big criticisms of his recent work with this movie: runtime and the overload of exposition.Under 2 hours? That's a lot of IMAX screenings in a day.
Is that still an R rating?"High-impact immersion" got a good laugh out of me. That's quite the buzz-phrase.
The smark magazine?! :O
