I GOTS IN! FINALLY! THERE'S A BETA THAT FINALLY LETS ME IN!

I won't be on until about 6 p.m. EST tonight if we can get some GAF games going. I will suck though, I've played Halo 2 too to much since I last played Call of Duty 2 or 3.

If you sent the email yesterday and answered the questions, they might send you a token. I think they'll be sending them out through the end of the week until the countdown ends at Charlie Oscar Delta.

If anyone else wants to join us, just add me. I have a fair bit of space on my FL at the moment. I'm not very good at CoD, btw, so you guys can feed off my corpse and rise the ranks quickly. :D

I can't say this enough though guys, if you weren't included in this very early, very small first batch of invites, don't throw in the towel just yet. We will be pulling from this list a few times, but most importantly there's still the massive Beta Sign-up via Charlieoscardelta.com coming in the very near future.

This was just a very early, impromptu first wave batch since we felt Friends and Family was doing so well we could let a small group of public in early. So there are a lot more tokens going out there in the future through a variety of different mediums (the largest being Charlieoscardelta.com members) as well as ways for our international players to get involved.

just played my first CoD4 game and I couldn't move for the first 10 seconds because I was amazed at the graphics. I just stood there slowly saying "holy....shiiiiit" into the mic. I can not believe IW was able to get this much detail with 60 FPS, this game is beautiful!
 
I just had one of the best FPS experiences OF MY LIFE.

So, I'm on the larger outdoor map, where it's all vegetation. I'm not usually a very good sniper, but I decided after the first time that I played it that this was DEFINITELY a sniping kinda map. So I chose the sniper class. I found a spot that happened to be right outside of my spawn point, and sat. Sure enough, the enemies came swarming out of a building. I start firing, bringing down THREE of them (which is a lot for me when I'm sniping). I stay in that spot for a while, bringing down foes, until a guy in a building picks me off. So what do I do? I go after him. I sneak up behind him IN THE BUILDING, knife him, and then take HIS sniper spot.

Now, it seems like his team got wise to my earlier spot at a wall in the corner of the map, so I start taking THEM out from the spot where I got shot the first time. By this point, I have a five kill spree going on, so I decide to call in an airstrike on their position. Needless to say, hilarity ensues. I didn't get all of them, so I decide to creep up on their location, as I know full well how to get there without being seen at this point. I take two of them down with my pistol before I get shot myself.

By this point they had gotten wise to my game, and were coming from the barn across the way. I however, had racked up a 7 kill spree, so I summon a helicopter. :D :D :D I only got one more kill or so before the game ended, but holy CRAP.

My final score? 22 kills, 4 deaths, 3 assists. :D :D :D :D Freaking AMAZING. DAY ONE PURCHASE.

Nope. I believe it's longer than the Halo 3 Beta, though. So at least three weeks.
 
I am a private. Do I have a chance? i thought u had to be a Sarge & above. Also I did one mission on the beta page but I hear people talking about emailing them.

What do I need to do to get into beta. Detailed steps please because i am searching the beta site and see an enter button but when I click it it just takes me to the same page with the enter button.
