Thanks to all of you at IW! Hopefully this convinced whoever conceived the original "first come, first served" scheme of their folly. And also of the inadequacy of the hosting company. I do feel for the poor frontline engineers who had to do the thankless task of trying to keep those servers up; even if ultimately it wasn't to be. I'm sure they'll be screaming at the sales people who assured IW/Activision of their readiness for the registration.DKo5 said:

Nope! Heh; it depends on the playlist, but right now the max players in the Beta (Team Deathmatch) is 6-v-6. It's been announced that there will be higher player counts, but I don't know if you'll see that in the Beta.armubaba said:

How long/hard/frustrating is to get used to the controller instead of the mouse+keyboard?
And do you still think that playing using mouse+key still remain the best solution?
Do you miss it in COD4?
In past I spent some months playing COD2 on PC and, online, it was good. As Counter Strike Source or others.
When I bought the X360 i tried COD3 online and it was a pain in the ass (aiming, shooting).
