I don't know, seeing as the B1G East in general has a hard time putting away teams that they should have no problem with, games like this aren't a very good indicator of anything. I mean, shit, the B1G team that beat both of them and made it to the playoff didn't put away any team last year, and had hard-fought games against the likes of Purdue and Rutgers.

Now, if we're using last year's game, that's a fair precedent to use.
