I'm not a big political junkie or anything, but I read a number of articles that talked about why poor, southern, white people vote republican (despite it being against their own self interests) and why they were likely to vote Trump. The thing that bothered me about this election was that I felt all of Trumps opponents, regardless of party, didn't address any of those things.

I'm not a supporter of Trump by any measure, but it just saddens me that people seem to still not grasp why he won, and are just writing it off as "racists, sexists, bigots", not saying that you are mre, it just feels like that's the reaction I've seen too much of.
Bernie's fans weren't old enough to vote in 2012 or 2008.
