But seriously, the ones who talked to the media shall be found, and eliminated.

In fairness, this was the old one:

And I think we all know who's going to win it all this year. Might as well crown their asses!

Time for some Pac-10 predictions!

Oregon (+5.5) @ Boise State - Revenge game, after a couple of cheap shot late hits knocked out Masoli in last year's game, letting the Broncos win in Autzen. Forget covering the spread, I think Oregon wins this one. P.S. Take the over.

San Jose State (+35) @ USC - USC wins this one, and easily covers the... wait, what? The spread is 35? Shit, I'll take the points. I don't see USC unrolling too much of their offense before playing OSU the following week. Barkley gets a nice relaxed intro to the college game, Trojans win by 3, maybe 4 TDs.

San Diego State (+17.5) @ UCLA - SDSU sucks, UCLA sucks less. UCLA should win this one easily, but are they even capable of scoring 18 or more in a single game?

Stanford (-17.5) @ Washington State - Stanford is overrated, but Wazzu... well, let's just say they're not exactly underrated. The 'Furd easily wins and probably covers.

CMU (+13) @ Arizona - Ooh, I don't know about this one. Zona is overrated, their QB situation isn't looking good, and TE Gronkowski is going to miss this game, IIRC. Plus, doesn't CMU still have their QB from last year? Zona's defense should be good again, but I think CMU has an excellent shot at pulling the upset here.

Maryland (+21.5) @ Cal - Mwahaha! Revenge shall be sweet. Cal by 3-4 TDs.

LSU (-15.5) @ Washington - Hey, I know U Dub really really sucked last year, but there are a lot of factors in their favor here! They get Jake Locker back, they have a new coach, and LSU has to travel all the way across the country and play them late at night. I mean, with all that in their favor, they have a shot at the upset, right? ... ... ... :lol
LSU by 4-5 TDs.

New avatar set. I plan on staying for the first half of the game Saturday, just, if nothing else, to see our obscene defense and our new gorgeous screens.

Oh, and here's my quick off the top of my head prediction for Cal's season:

We go undefeated, get passed over for the MNC, but are more than happy to settle for going to the Rose Bowl for the first time in 50 years. :D

But wait! Too bad the Rose Bowl burned down before the season began! Enjoy the Holiday Bowl again, Cal Bears!

Dear Clemson,

Please let's win our home opener this year. I know the MTSU Rebels or whatever the fuck they are, are very scary men. Man up.

Love always,
Azwethinkweiz

edit: oops, they're the blue raiders. I'll be damned.

Forgot about the new screens! Can't wait for kiffykins to come to town...get to see him cry in HD. Live.

Go Buckeyes(I guess I have to root for ya'll cause I go here)!!!
Go Georgia Tech (I wish I went there)!!!
Go IU (cause I'll always be a Hoosier at heart)!!!

Are there any Nub, Mizzou, or KSU fans here? Seems like it was just a few KU fans and a bunch of Horns and Sooners last year.

where is the Charlie Weis front butt defense force?

In HELL, where they belong.

You know, I'm going to miss being able to watch football with chall homies this season. When Kentucky beat LSU, it was the best sports moment I've had in YEARS. Just like what it will be like when Marshall beats WVU this year.

Even then, you guys will be my portal to the world of American College Football Action (ACFA). I've said it for 3 years, and I'll stand by it: If UK beats Florida this year, I am hand-writing a trolling-manifesto and sending it to Pxleyes personally.

Fuck yea college football season baby!

Goooooo Huskers!!!!
Even though were just going to have a mediocre year probably :(

Time for my early-season woofing of the absolute football embarassments we schedule each season. Perennial powerhouse Chaleston...Southern? is going to be a fierce opponent to open again. I can only hope we persevere and continue our string of opening day beatdowns. :lol PEACE.

Hook 'Em.

Should be a pretty boring start to the season.. well.. better be a boring start to the season.
