COLLEGE FOOTBALL!!

So what if Kentucky now has the longest and second longest losing streaks against one opponent?

So what if their starting Quarterback is Mike "Let me drop this in the endzone for you, Alabama" Hartline.

So what if Im not entirely sure that the Wide Receivers are aware they are suppose to catch the ball.

We have the #1 Recruit, JOHN WALL!

Wait... That's Basketball? Shit pencil us in for 5-7.

C'mon Cougars, shock the college football world on Saturday.

And Utes...Unga is ready.

great weiss hype?
From what I saw on their schedule, it doesn't look like there is too much that could stop them. I'm expecting something around 10-2.

Honestly? They lose to USC, and they drop at least two of Michigan, MSU, BC, Pitt, and Furd.

If they only drop two of those, it's a BCS bowl, and a contract extension for old Charlie. But I have faith in him to lose more games than that.

I think we beat UM by at least 17.

The spread is 6.0. I think we win by at least 10. The Over/Under is 48.5 but I seriously doubt the combined score will get that high. Probably closer to 33 (20 to 13).

It has continue to baffle me, how ND got the deal where they can play 18 division 2 schools, lose by 100 to USC and 20 to a scrub BCS team, and make it to a BCS bowl game.

If it's because of Tradition...shiiiiit

Ss rough in that big 12 north.
That Big 10 schedule is brutal.

We play 2 Top 3 teams (3 in the top 25), and 3 additional ones in the also receiving votes. A very hard schedule actually.

Well yeah you get to play the class of the big 12 south, but the big 12 north is pathetic, i dont know why they havent split OU or Texas in it yet.

How bout those Utah Utes!!!!

Mmmm, tastes good...

You know it won't last :P

Go Huskers!!! We win a few and beat VTech and we will be top 15!

And if the Cougars beat OK, I will rethink my meh-ness involving BYU sports. :) I will ride that bandwagon until the day I die. :)

Honestly, if they lose by less than 28, that is a moral victory for them. :P

Since we are a conference with a championship game, it doesn't matter. You don't have a full round robin either.

Go Gators. This is the first season in five years that I won't be in Gainesville, living it up every Saturday.

Essentially, GAF, you need to take the place of a gigantic town of drunk college kids. Don't let me down!

Hook em Horns!! see yall under the Godzilla-tron on saturday. thats where i'll be sittin/standin. I look forward to this season.

And here's my Crazy big 12 prediction. Baylor finishes the season with a .500 or better record.

trust me, being out of college sucks. and having to pay to get into football games when you DO go back on campus sucks, too.

justin.tv has most of the big games at pretty good quality. :)

Plus, there really are a ton of good options. Never fear!
Really now? Close to HD quality, or just someone's shitty SD feed for all the games? I wouldn't mind if it isn't a game I don't get, but I think that will be few and far between this year.

I'll do my best, but you saw what happened to me when I left college. Checked in the thread less, didn't get up for the jabbing, and I already missed one championship out of college. I got to see 3 in, but that 4th in Miami I might have been able to get a ticket for if I was still a student.

Jesus. My life is on a permanent downhill slope, isn't it?

(I attended the Miami game, in club level seats, no less. Totally worth the many hundreds of dollars.)

I believe the UF game is being shown on Sun HD this time in Florida. Better than the $40 PPV they usually cost.

Yup. I can't remember any time that we played a FCS (ugh) opponent and didn't have to pay to watch it.

Sportssouth is carrying it as well, they advertised it like hell during the Braves Game.

Surprised you couldn't get a Sun Belt school instead, then again you guys really don't have to, as those are for schools that need 6 wins.

season starts tomorrow here, though a bit worried. I'll be happy if there's one sport here, let alone two.

UF charges for student tickets. So it sucks to be a Gator fan even when you're a student.

FSU cut me a sweet deal on season tickets this year. They are offering 50% off season tickets to recent graduates (class of 2006-2009) because us recent young alumni don't stand a chance of getting seats in the highly established Alumni section (which requires tons of money donated to the Boosters), they started a Young Alumni section. I paid half price and my seats are in the 4th goddam row.
