That rule is asinine. Drag a toe, catch. Get all toes in first, not a catch?

Very interesting, that doesn't make a lick of sense. If you're going to have a 1 foot rule in place in college then there should be some consistency.
It depends on the direction of your body in relation to the sideline.

The one foot rule is stupid, anyways. Extending the field like that for the offense is bullshit.

They just explained the reasoning behind the "toe tapping". From the announcers, apparently when moving forward, the toe can drag and it's a completed catch. However, when moving backwards, heel has to be down.

too short. They also passed on Chase Daniel and now JT Barrett for the same reason.

Also only offered a greyshirt to Michael Brewer and he's been impressive enough at Tech thus far that after his redshirt season every scholarship QB on the roster not named Doege transferred.
