Just saw that. Interesting.
Tom Herman has apparently agreed with South Carolina, SEC beware.
UPDATE 11/24) We are told today a tentative agreement on an offer in principle between USC and Tom Herman has been reached. The deal is contingent on Herman and his wife liking what they see when they visit USC and Herman and Ray Tanner being comfortable with one another. That visit could take place as early as Sunday or the first part of next week depending on the outcome of Houstons game Friday with Navy. A Houston loss would expedite the process. All information at this time points toward Herman. All other names are simply fallback prospects should things not work out with Herman.

Ah yes, the Bama/Dabo theory.I'm good with this.
Assuming he does well at South Carolina - and I think he will - that would position him well for a return to OSU when Urban retires/dies in a few years.

Next Saturday we are all Penn State fans..
Can I be a Michigan fan instead? I don't like kiddy fiddlers.
Compromise.. Cheer for Michigan State to lose.
That way if Michigan does win, it become so much better that OSU loses the division and misses out completely on the playoffs.
Or you can cheer for the meteor then..
ND needs to win by at least 30 to get a sniff correct?
The deal is contingent on Herman and his wife liking what they see when they visit USC
Will do, but only if OSU loses.
Wow the CFP committee actually punished Florida for their win against FAU

Punished ND for a lackluster win over Boston college too.

Tom Herman's current team is unranked. What's so special about him?
It has to suck to be a fan of smaller football schools.
The moment you have a modicum of success, your coaches are gone.
After Memphis upset Ole Miss I remember the coach saying "We want to show you can win and continue to win here" or something to that effect, and I think if I was a fan of Memphis I would want to believe that but I'd know deep down that he was gone as soon as someone bigger came calling. I mean I honestly thought he was gonna get the SCAR job but I guess there will be other SEC jobs.
:jncWelp, no one has anything to worry about then!
4 B1G teams in the top 10?
this committee's bias is absolutely disgusting

Last game vs NC was Beamer day.Really? Did Beamer retire?
Edit: huh, guess he did. Dunno how I missed that.

Shit, well SC won the Carosel if true..
Man, that is a confusing article. They keep talking about USC but apparently it's about South Carolina?

Yep, how I feel when someone vaguely talks about OSU.
Welcome to the University of Cincinnati. Last 3 HC prior to Tuberville:
Mark Dantonio '04-'06
Brian Kelly '07-'09
Butch Jones '10-'12
Word is Tuberville may be looking to move on (well, it is his 3rd year, so time to go).

UC does this to themselves with their atrocious stadium and facilities.
Just like on the field, the B1G is a step or two behind the P12B1G gonna play its way out of a playoff spot.
Week in week out
UC should just get the Bungals to let them use their dumb stadium.
There's basically no room to expand Nippert. At all.
The remodeled stadium opened up this season (better late than never). They need to get out of the AAC...
They just did this year. Anyways, Mike Brown would bend UC over worse than he is Hamilton County for using that stadium.
