Right now i'm going to get started on my pre-pharmacy degree. I work at Walgreens and really like working back in the pharmacy, and didn't like the current college I was going to. Not to mention Walgreens is going to PAY for my education and give me a car when I graduate. Plus, the pay is really high.

pre-pharmacy is similar but has additional requirements. Most schools that I might apply to have the usual pre-med requirements plus specific classes like physiology, microbiology, speech, and a ton of social sci classes.

You can complete pre-pharm in 2 years if you're good, but most take 3. Only need 70 hrs for most pharmacy schools. Basic biology, microbio, organic chem 1 and 2, physics 1 and 2, calc, etc.

not that i know of. you'll have to do some in depth research on your own. i wish the senior year of high school was used to better explain the various majors to graduates. most kids have no clue entering freshmen year college as to what they are actually getting into.
