There won't be any larger scale conventions, concerts, festivals or meetings till we have a vaccine.
Prepare for at least a year without any of these.

The lead time to organise a con of that time would be very long, right now they can't even work on it due to the lockdown.

Nancy Pelosi's nephew said no large scale gatherings in the state through the summer, so they had to cancel it.

Yeah my family finally got tickets and were going to drive in from Texas. We figured it would be canceled but were gonna go out to Cali anyway but since everything will likely still be fucked from COVID well probably just stay home and go out there next year.
