Book of the month picks are in to Spike. I had a list of 10 candidates and still had the easiest time picking 3. The only one that maybe think for a second was Batman. Yes, my favorite book didn't even make my top 3.

Finished every issue of Annihilation, including the side stories. The artwork was consistently abysmal, but the story was enjoyable enough. Drax and Nova were sold characters.

I had no idea there was some "Team Up" series. My buddy doesn't have those so I can't borrow them like the rest of the series.

It's an annual, so I was expecting something a little off the regular path, but ye gods that might have been the most off the wall thing I've seen marvel do...uh..ever.
I get what it was going for, but...uh...
edit: on the positive side, there's definitely a lot of amusing out-of-context scans I can grab from that to confuse the OT. Also, Ghost Rider Pregnancy Scare might be the best use of that character I've ever seen.

I didn't get that at all.
We see the conclusion of another world dealing with the incursions, and the fact that they're copies of the JLA aside we see the inevitable result of their approach so far. No matter how good they are, it's death by attrition.
I could deal without the namor/tchalla interstitial bits, but I did enjoy this one- and viewing that world's history in advance prior to the incursion happening is very likely to influence the outcome.
So the lost FedEx package from last week showed up today, no thanks to them. Apparently it got delivered to the Applebees that's located in the same shopping center, and they called FedEx 30 minutes after it was delivered to let them know it was there. FedEx never made the effort to go back, or relay that message to me. Finally Applebees tracked me down themselves to let me know it was still there. Needless to say, FedEx did not get a very nice call from me this morning.
Luckily IST had sent my order in two packages, so one was delivered via USPS without issues.
Hurray for finally getting this! Can't wait to dig in, especially Blacksad.

Glad you finally got your books sorted. I am completely unsurprised by the ineptness of FedEx. Every time I've been forced to use them I have had issues.

Awesome that you finally got your package! I want to check out Blacksad when I get a chance since I've heard nothing but good things about it.
Started working through my Image books tonight, started with Revival and Morning Glories. Both of them are really interesting so far, I probably would have never looked at them if it weren't for the bundle lol.

most of them just "vanished" and they're still somewhere in the timeline. But Xorn-Jean blew up in the last battle, and Deadpool and Molly Hayes never made it there- Deadpool was killed and hayes either killed or seriously injured by Magik an issue or two before.
